The MISTRAL engine is available in two and three-rotor versions, for both aircraft and helicopters, and it is adaptable to all light aircraft.
It is either normally aspirated or turbocharged, with take-off power ratings of 200hp, 230hp, 300hp and 360hp respectively.
Ongoing technological developments
In addition to its G-line (Gasoline), a second line of engines, the K-line, running on jet-fuel, is in development. Progress will be posted on this website.
Certification
MISTRAL’s lead engine, model G-300-C2B, and MISTRAL’s proprietary DEM system, are currently undergoing FAA type certification under FAA project number TC9823 AT-E. European EASA validation is expected to follow shortly thereafter.
All other engine models will be certified in sequence.
